Mold and environmental consultants in the USA and Asia announce the new use of advanced equipment for the safe and effective killing and removal of mold, volatile organic compound problems, and bacterial infestations.
MESA, AZ, February 18, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Industrial and environmental hygienists Phillip Fry, Divine Fry, Hank Taylor, and Merley Taylor announce the introduction of the latest high tech equipment to kill and remove toxic mold, household mold, and bacterial growth in Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Phoenix, Las Vegas, nationwide USA, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.

"The first and last steps in high tech mold and environmental remediation should be the safe use of high output ozone gas to kill airborne mold spores, HVAC mold growth, mold volatile organic compounds (VOCs), chemical VOCs, and surface mold and bacterial growth," recommends Phillip Fry, author of five mold advice ebooks.

"The second step should be to use a mold fogging machine or sprayer to fog or spray a mold-killing fungicide such as boric acid powder or Tim-Bor on all visible mold growth, plus inside heating/cooling equipment and ducts, crawl spaces, basements, and attics," advises Hank Taylor, who has 25 years of experience in mold removal in California and now throughout Asia.

"The third high-tech step should be the use of special air scrubbers containing an activated carbon filter to remove dangerous mold VOCs (airborne poisons emitted by toxic mold growth) plus a high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter to remove airborne mold spores, dust, and other airborne pollutants," adds Mr. Fry, who has 14 years of experience in mold removal throughout the USA, Canada, and Asia.

Safe and effective mold killing and mold removal also involves a number of additional steps such as proper containment of the work area, maintaining negative air pressure inside the containment area, proper disposal of removed moldy building materials, and full safety gear for mold remediation workers such as an organic vapor-filtered breathing respirator, eye goggles with no holes, protective body suit, hood, gloves, and booties.
